FindWorthy are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details, bank details, work details, reason for requesting FindWorthy services, budget for request etc. We will need to collect information about your family, friends and colleagues in relation to annual events such as birthdays, anniversaries, special dates etc. and we might need to collect personal information in relation to your shopping preferences, holidays, general likes and dislikes etc.
In summary the more information you provide us with the better the service FindWorthy offer and the above can only be considered as a guide to the information we will need to collect and store, however the information that we collect will be in accordance with and protected under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1988.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
Security
All information is processed and administrated under the strict security policy of FindWorthy. None of the information we are privileged to will be provided to third party marketing companies. We will only provide information about yourself to third parties at your request and we will need your consent and specific instructions as to the content of such information.
Payment Terms
Ad Hoc Work - Clients will be required to pay FindWorthy either immediately on completion of services provided or within 7 days of work being carried out. Larger jobs will require a deposit payment in advance. Where requested, a breakdown of costs will be provided to clients either prior t o work commencing or upon completion.
*FindWorthy will collect the membership fees monthly, in advance by standing order, as arranged with each member. Cancellation of membership will be accepted with not less than 30 days written notice of the next payment date due.
